New Music OVERLOAD!

Robin Thicke - Sex Theraphy
  • The song is produced by Palow The Don, and sounds ALOT like Ciara's 'Promise'. I still LOVE this song, Robin's back doing what he does best!

R.Kelly - Religious
  • This is the second single off of his forthcoming album 'Untitled'. I'm not a big R.Kelz fan, but you can't deny his pen skills. The songs 'Okay', I'm sure his fans will love it tho!

Chris Brown - So Cold
  • Another Palow The Don produced song, Chris Brown is pouring out his heart about Ri Ri again. It's sweet, and kind of annoying..... we get it - you want her back! It's not a song I would purposly listen to his on his album, but if my jam played before this song came on... I wouldn't necessarily skip it either. It's one of those 'I'll let it play, cos it's on' songs!

Mary J Blige - Skycap

  • I LOVE! Mary is staying relevant through out the years, and it's paying off! This song is produced by Timberland and is said to be a mix from her current album. But as it didn't make the cut, I'm hoping it will be on the next one.. :-)!

Mariah Carey ft/T Pain - Candy Bling

  • With poor sales of her latest album, I'm guessing T-Pain jumped on a track to give her a lil boost!? Another 'OKAY' song from Mariah. Everyone knows she has the pipes, but she hasn't really been delivering her 'Infamous Mi Mi' tracks lately... T-Pain doesn't add or remove anything from the track in my opinion!

Wale ft/Rihanna - Contemplate/Can I Endure
  • Wale is a DC rapper making moves in the industry. He was recently signed to Jay-Z's 'Roc Nation' label, and had success with his first single ft/ Lady GaGa. This new song feautring Bajan born Rihanna, has a hard hitting beat that he flows nicely over. Worth a listen!

Michael Jackson - This Is It
  • To me this sounds like the old MJ we knew and loved! Of course it's not as good as his old stuff like 'Off The Wall' & 'Bad'... but it's a NICE song! RIP MJ.... still bumping his albums hard :-)..

Cheryl Cole ft/ Will.i.Am - Three Words
  • This will be Cheryl's second single off her debut solo album, also entitled 'Three Words'.I can see what she was trynna do here, take risks with songs and try something different. It's rocky/elctro vibe is evident... but I'm not sure she delivers this the way it was intended to. Obviously still no 'GREAT' vocals from Cheryl. But do we still love her?.... OF COURSE!

Snoop Dogg ft/The Dream - Gangsta Luv

  • For some reason, whenever I hear a snoop song.. I feel like I wanna crip walk or throw up signs or SUTTIN! lool Dream's voice really annoys me if I hear it for too long, so his part is pretty BLAH to me. As usual Snoop delivers his smooth cali flow, thats been working for him for all these years. If you like heavy beats, you'll like this song!

Usher - Papers
  • So the divorce papers have been filed & Usher and his former boo are ready to let it do what it do! Usher sings about his divorce on the track, and lets his emotion show like he did on 'You Got It Bad'. Let it out Ursh.... Let it Out!

Couple News: Bee & Jay go out - Usher & Tameka split up!

Bee and her Hubby Jay spend some time together at Nello's restaurant in NY on Monday evening! According to reports Beyonce rushed home as quickly as possible to be with her boo, after being abroad when an earthquake occurred!
The two look really cute together and seem to be enjoying themselves and having a laugh, awwwwwz.! And im really sick of people bashing her cos she didn't look as glamorous in these shots... she is chilling with her man, not performing for thousands. Give her a break!

And is it me.. Or is Bee getting smaller and smaller??

For those of you who live under a rock/ don't care that much about usher or just generally had no idea.... Usher has said 'DEUCES' to his Mrs, & filled for Divorce from his wife Tameka Foster in early June! I'm not gonna lie, I never thought the marriage would last anyway... there was just something that seemed off or rushed. Anyway they're currently going through some what of a messy divorce, dealing with the papers and what not.

Details according to In Touch Weekly:

|| The Grammy winner has been living apart from his wife for nearly a year after almost two years of marriage. Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.

The insider says that it’s more than just talk — the divorce papers were filed in Atlanta this morning.(June 11th)

The couple has faced problems in the past. In November 2008, In Touch reported that Usher was flirting with girls at a party in Miami, and even asked a model what she was doing afterward. ||

Usher & Tameka have two children together Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, 6 months.

I wish them both well! (well... Ush more than her LOL..*coughs*)

New Music Review!

Click to Listen * Kano - Roc n Roller (1xtra Rip)

Ive always been a Kano fan and was a little worried when I hadn't heard any new music from him! His good friend Ghetto has been on the underground scene making himself known, and I think a few us forgot that Kano was even about. But fear not! (lol) he is back with a new song, on an electro/pop vibe. Alot of MC's are choosing this path, I think it takes them into mainstream success (sometimes)... but I dont think I'm LOVING this track :-(. Kainnzz you have already established yourself as a great artist.. you dont have to make this type of music for us to love you. We love you anyway!!

Click to Listen * Cherri V - Until The Sun Comes Up

60/60 's latest musical diva comes in the form of a berry named cherri!! Ive had the pleasure of meeting Cherri on numerous occasions, and I kid you not... EVERY SINGLE performance she never disappoints! Until the sun comes up has a rock/pop feel to it that either makes you wanna dance or sing at the top of your lungs ( even tho you don't know the words lol). It's a solid first single from the songstress, and is actually one of my favourite tracks from her! Pop/Rock/R'n'B whatever your preference you'll like this song.. GUARANTEED! ( available at HMV)
[Rating = 4/5]

Click to Listen * Yung Joc, Chris Brown & Pleasure P - Choose You

When I first heard this song I immediately thought this must be a leak from either Chris's new album, or Joc's album ( and not a single). Either way, I'm feeling the song... it makes me bop my head to the beat - but it doesn't make me wanna go to HMV and get the single. Hmmm maybe it's lacking something? Anyway I'm glad Chris is back in the studio.. I LOVES his last album and although he has the 'Ri Ri incident' hanging over his head, the boy makes good music!
[Rating = 3/5]

Click to Listen * Usher -Cruisin

Ursher is back in the studio, putting the finishing touches on his anticipated album 'MONSTER' which I can't wait to hear! I don't think this is solid enough to be a first single, but I love his voice.. so any track he's on, I'm usually happy (ha ha ha)! If this is the direction he's going for on his new album I think we're in for a few surprises! It's a cool summer song... something i'd listen to If I was driving.. mos def!
[Rating = 4/5]

Cover Clash!

This month Keri Hilson & Usher both cover fab magazines 'COMPLEX' and 'VEGAS'!

Keri speaks on her album, growing up and more! Here's a little segment from her interview:

On her debut album and its sales:
Keri: It’s doing very well. Especially given this industry—even though the business is hurting, the album is still achieving its projections. I’m proud of the album, but you can never expect how the world will receive you or your music.

On her first check for song-writing:
Keri: My very first check was for Ruben Studdard’s first album, like $25,000. And my family was like, “What the hell is this? This is what you’ve been doing? Who the hell brings home a check like this?” They’re thinking $2,500 here and there, whatever. It was crazy.

On Rihanna’s and Cassie’s leaked photos:
Keri: My first reaction was “Thank God I never did that.” I never let anybody take any naked pictures of me, so there would be none. I was always one of those over-paranoid people, convinced that someday that I would be living the dream, so as early as middle or high school I wouldn’t do certain things, just in case.

Usher's swag is fully back in the latest issue of Vegas magazine. Usher is the 1st male to grace the cover in 6 years! In the article, he speaks on his third fragrance with Elizabeth Arden and his highly anticipated album 'MONSTER'.
