Okay so for those of you who are behind, here is the catch up..
- Chris Brown was finally sentenced to 5 years probation, and 6 months community labor for assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna. He also has to stay away from her for 5 years, UNLESS it's a work/music event - where he must stay 300 feet away at all times.
- If he violates his probation, he can face going to STATE PRISON
- Neither Chris Brown or Rihanna have performed musically (mainstream), since the assault took place
- Rihanna is reportedly making her official come back next month!

Rihanna was seen leaving a theatre last night (August 28th). The Bajan star spent some quality time with her brothers Rorrey and Rajad at the 'Lion King' production. The shocked expression on her face is due to a photographer asking her about the passing of DJ AM (RIP) - Ri Ri was clearly surprised so I'm guessing it was the first she had heard of the news at the time.
Chris Brown was also spotted earlier this week leaving the tapping of 'Larry King Live' at CNN. For those of you who don't know about the show, it is renowned for really good/iconic celebrity interviews (google it).This will be Chris Brown's first TV interview, since the altercation with Rihanna in February. Supposedly Larry goes in and asks him all the questions we're dying to know about the assault etc. Chris attended the taping with his mother, best friend Mijo and his lawyer. All I can say, it its about DAMN TIME!! I wanna see this live so hopefully Justin.tv will be streaming it - All my U.S readers it will air Wednesday 2nd @ 9pm
